After trying numerous dog groomers my husband stumbled upon an advert for Dial-a-dog-wash.  Since then we have never looked back.  Donna & Karen are fantastic and treat our dog as if she were one of their own.  I don't know what I would do without them.  A big THANK YOU girls for an outstanding service!

Just wanted to say what a wonderful service. My westie usually comes back so stressed from the parlour but what a difference with Dial-a-Dog-Wash,

Dooley always look forward to you coming here, he saw your van although you were not visting us and he didnt stop whinning. He looks a different dog afterwards and enjoys his treat. He is the cream coloured Labradoodle in the gallery.

Hello Donna,

 

I would just like to say that I have endeavoured to bath Sam our Bullmastiff for the past 3 years and decided that I would try to find a mobile dog wash. I decided to ‘Google’ mobile dog wash and ‘Dial a Dog Wash’ came up in the list… I thought that there wouldn’t be one in my area. But when I put my post code in there was one and it was in Grays!! So I rang to make an appointment, must be very popular as I had to wait about 4 weeks. I was counting the days!! When Jo came to bath Sam I was so pleased and very impressed with the layout of the van, and the lighting was so good. Sam was brought back lovely and clean and virtually dry! And very quick!! What a treat for me… clean bathroom and dry house, no wet hairy towels  and no wet dog lying about the house after me spending ages trying to keep an 11 stone dog in the bath when he has had enough!! I wish that I had found them sooner. I have booked Sam in with Jo for his next 2 baths and will have a lovely clean dog every 6 weeks and he will be clean for Christmas!!!

Really impressed and very pleased with the results… Sam was happy too!!

Was so pleased with your service I had to email to let you know.  Emma came out to tend to my Yorkshire Terrier Archie.  She is an absolutely lovely girl and took the time to chat to me and discuss what I wanted and she came in and met Archie and played with him before his haircut.  I can't praise Emma enough.  Well impressed with the service you offer and will definately be seeing you again.   Thank you   Kim Palmer Stanford-le-Hope
